How quickly will I hear back?
We answer enquiries the same or next business day. For most Sydney jobs we can be on site to measure up within the week, sooner if the work is urgent or already open.
What do you need from me to quote?
The site address, roughly how big the area is, what surface is there now, and how a truck and paver would get in. A couple of photos taken from each end of the job saves a lot of back and forth.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and written quotes are free and come with no obligation, whether it is a single driveway or a staged commercial job.
Can you do emergency or make-safe repairs?
Yes. Potholes, failed trench reinstatements and hazards that need to be made safe can usually be attended quickly — call rather than email so it gets straight to the crew.
Do you work with builders, strata managers and councils?
Regularly. We can stage works around trades and trading hours, work nights or weekends where access demands it, and supply the documentation, conformance records and insurances those contracts require.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are set out in the written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises at invoice time. Larger and staged jobs can be arranged as progress claims.
